arlberg lodges
at OFA. Four luxury holiday units in a converted barn in St. Anton.

valdonica residence
A functional agricultural building was transformed into a winery. Living and sleeping quarters for holidaymakers and a stylish area for wine-tasting and retail were included in the design.

ski chalet resort
Project at OFA. In Lech am Arlberg the development of a village-style resort with six chalets was investigated. Making best use of the site's sloping position, guests enter each chalet at the upper level into a generous, luxurious yet 'alpine-comfy' lounge. Six bedrooms and a spa area are located in the two lower levels.

staff quarters
at OFA. For the accommodation of seasonal workers (hotel staffers, ski instructors) micro sleeping units are required. A new building especially for these workers was commissioned, because ordinarily they stay in rooms that could be let to tourists. Making best use of the site's position right next to the main road, residents enter the house via the underground car park. The bedrooms are located in the lower levels. A big apartment is located on the top floor.

slope lodge
at OFA. A ski-lodge-style hotel on a sloping plot in St. Anton with big a penthouse above. The bedrooms are located in the lowest level. The central level is intended for recreation, including hanging out in the spa and sauna, dining, lounging in the bar or beside the open fireplace. The roof was executed differently to the original design.

ibis hotels
at Accor. Development of a new interior concept for the public areas (reception, bar, restaurant) of Ibis Hotels in Germany (collaboration with a design agency in Dusseldorf). The key concept is the close proximity of reception and bar which can be operated by only one person at night. The roll-out was executed nationwide – this example shows Ibis Bochum Zentrum.

all seasons aachen
at Accor. Re-branding and repositioning of a Mercure Hotel in Aachen into an All Seasons Hotel (now Ibis Styles). This was a prestige project for Accor Germany as it was the launch of the new brand into the German market and therefore of particular interest at the headquarters in France. The project was delivered precisely on time and within budget. Design by Studio Lot Munich, site management by PAB Erfurt.
